Appointments and Cancellations

Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.

Deposits

Gift Card Sales

Gift cards are redeemable only at Anni Head Spa for products or services.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.

Anni Head Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
