Appointments and Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A deposit is required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.

Services

  • Service Descriptions: We strive to accurately describe our services. However, slight variations may occur.

  • Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with a service, please inform us immediately so we can address your concerns.

Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change.

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as indicated.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. However, we will work to resolve any issues you may have.

Deposits

  • Requirement: A deposit is required when booking an appointment.

  • Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be forfeited if cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the case of no-shows.

Health and Safety

  • Disclosure: Inform us of any medical conditions or allergies before your appointment.

  • Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to ensure your safety.

Gift Card Sales

  • Gift cards are redeemable only at Anni Head Spa for products or services.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.

  • ​Anni Head Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

  • Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.
